How to edit a PDF file?

People do ask questions how can i edit a PDF file?
Well there are different ways to edit a PDF a file for example, you might have heard about converting the PDF file to Doc and then edit it and again convert it back to PDF.
I will recommend you to use Oracle PDF IMPORT EXTENSION for open office draw and PDFILL for editing PDF files. PDF IMPORT EXTENSION is really useful because it can convert all PDF's and also it is available for all the Windows. PDFILL is used for the decryption of any PDF and it used to perfor some features which are not available in  PDF IMPORT EXTENSION.
To edit any PDF using  PDF IMPORT EXTENSION follow the following steps;
1-If you do not have OpenOffice you can download it by Clicking here.
2-Install OpenOffice and then run  PDF Import Extension.
3-Now, open PDF Import Extension.
4.Browse the PDF file which you want to edit in PDF Import Extension.
5.When you open the PDF file you can edit any text by double clicking the specific text.If you want to add new text you can click the text link at the bottom of the window and then click on that place where you want to add the text.
6-After editing the file save and export the file as PDF.

PDFILL is used
- for the Encryption of the PDF file.
- for the Deception of the PDF file.
- to add Headers.
-to merge file.
To do this
